Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Candidate must have core sales experience in Africa in the building material industry. Experience in Steel industry and in Nigeria is highly desirable.
Age Range: 30-40 years
Educational background: An engineer / commerce graduate with an MBA and core experience in sales & distribution. Computer literacy and the ability to understand and use the full fleet of MS Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel etc.) is a must.

Ability to motivate and supervise a sales team while demonstrating high level of integrity

Job Description
Key Deliverable:
Achieve consistent sales of 1,500mt per month for roofing sheets & 250mt per month for ERW MS pipes
Other Deliverable:
Independently handle the Northern region with minimum supervision, devise and implement sales strategies to achieve annual Sales for Roofing (bundles) 195,000 and for Pipe (MT) 2,000.
Add total 10 primary distributors for roofing and pipe qualifying minimum requirement
Visit all customers regularly and handle customer grievances
Update supervisor about competitors’ activities and take suitable actions
Conduct Major Customers’ Forum
