The primary role of the Customer Project Manager is to scope, define and agree to project plans with customers and execute to those plans using Professional Services resource ensuring the project remains on time and to budget. Typical projects are products trials and product customisations. These projects are typically of a short-medium term duration and are likely to be in geographically spread locations, so a willingness to travel is a key requirement for this role.
