Purpose / Role

• Review of MIPS contract requirements vs AMEC existing procedures and development of project procedures to cover project interface management
• To develop and implement Interface management approach consistent across the Contract and Projects
Key aims and objectives
• To develop interface requirements with project subcontractors and vendors
• Assist with review of various other contract management procedures
• Develop project specific Interface Management Plan and Procedures for the management of all interfaces•
Prime responsibilities and duties
• Promote risk awareness culture
• Maintain and promote a safe working environment and demonstrate correct HSE behaviours and leadership
• Prepare project reports as required
• Mentor and coach Nigerian engineers as required
• Interface with sub-contractors
• Prepare interface responsibility matrix
• Prepare action plans as required
• Arrange and Chair interface meetings
• Coordinate Technical Query datasheets distribution
• Expedite interface responses
• Manage, monitor and maintain an interface database
• Liaise with the engineering team to ensure that all external interfaces have been identified
• Monitor schedule and deliverable dates to ensure data handover dates are realistic and are met.
