Based in Lagos, Nigeria, we are focused on providing organisations with the most efficient and reliable IT solutions whilst maximising the return on their IT investment.

Key Responsibilities:

To administer user requests through to support or development to a satisfactory conclusion.
To  troubleshoot systems
To create and manage service requests
Hardware installations and visit client sites, which are mainly small to medium sized enterprises, to install professional Microsoft based solutions to their IT needs.
Ensuring that the systems are successfully backed up.
Training is provided where necessary to reduce any skills shortage

Experience and Qualifications:

A Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or related areas.
3+ years experience within the IT industry, preferably with more than 2 years of hands-on experience
Applicants must have previous experience of building and administering new SBS (Small Business Server) or Windows 2003 / 2008 and Exchange Servers from scratch.
Knowledge in following technology area: Microsoft Technologies Sharepoint, Exchange etc.
Experience of Virtualisation VMWare, Citrix or Hyper-V and cloud based technology a distinct advantage as would be any Microsoft accreditations MCP, MCSE, MCITP ,CCA, etc.
Knowledge of network technologies including router configurations / LANs / WANs although this is not essential but a plus.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
