Responsibilities:
Virtualization of the Server estate
Good knowledge of installation and management of Citrix XenApp 6.5, SQL 2008, Microsoft System Centre 2012, CRM, Exchange, Active Directory, VDI, VMware, SANs and network integration
Coverage of telephony (including VoIP), data centre operations and network infrastructure design
Define architectural solutions and produce design documents for key projects and programmes to develop and implement solutions which conform to agreed designs and meet business needs
Upgrades and migrations to Windows 7 and Office 2010

Experience and Qualifications:
A Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or related areas.
2+ years experience within the IT industry, preferrably with more than 3 years of hands-on experience
Experience of Virtualisation VMWare, Citrix or Hyper-V (certifications) and cloud based technology a distinct advantage as would be any Microsoft accreditations MCP, MCSE, MCITP, VCP, etc.
Good breadth of knowledge of the Microsoft enterprise product set, networks, systems management, IT security, firewalls, storage, web and application hosting and virtualisation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
