Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing Sector)

Summary of job description:
■ Ability to articulate and Align HR with business requirements; putting in place suitable human capital development plans
■ Develop suitable programmes to ensure full employee engagement
■ Develop guidelines and policies related to personnel actions and maintain compliance with all HR transactional processes.
■ Propose and implement appropriate performance management systems
■ Develop and implement suitable programmes that link performance with rewards and recognition
■ Career and talent management initiatives
■ Champion employee relations and Industrial relation processes.
■ Coordinate and manage day-to-day tactical/strategic HR activities within the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:
■ B.Sc in a relevant degree
■ Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
■ Minimum 5 years “core HR-experience”
■ Must reside within Lagos or its environs.
■ Must have manufacturing experience with workforce of at least 150 staff
■ Male. Age grade (Slightly Plus/minus 40 years)
■ Good theoretical platform for Human Resources Administration

Employment Status: Full time
Type of Remuneration: Fixed salary (With other perks)
