Stop Looking for a Job!

You have been searching for a job since you left the higher institution and now it looks like you will never achieve that dream...it is time for you to quit "searching" or looking for jobs.
You should step back, Stop....Think...Observe...then Proceed.

A major area of limitation for a prospective job seeker in today's world is the area of Mental Laziness. We have been trained to be diligent physically, move your body from point A to point B to find what you are looking for. But in today's circumstance, the "moving" now occurs in the mental realm. You must learn and keep learning, you can acquire "experience" today by collaborating on "online" projects and communities.

Stop limiting yourself by your geography, the possibilities in today's "virtual" space are limitless , without "boundaries" and opportunities are waiting for the wise to actualize them. They are so many "tools" online today, that it is no longer an excuse to be a failure. This generation is greatly blessed and I keep saying this. All you need today, as a "fresh" or "mature" graduate(if that makes any sense at all), is to be "connected" online. Get online, be diligent with your MIND

I already mentioned this in one of my blogs, that the job search market is quickly changing such that you might no longer invest time looking for "employers" anymore. Now, you can setup you PROFILE online and get employers looking for you. You have to become creative and think like an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship does not mean setting up a "business". It means having a venturing mind to take on challenges and opportunities for the betterment of you, the community and the world at large. Please wake up now and seize the opportunities that "disruptive" technologies are bringing your way.

Do not wait to be motivated. Be self-motivated. MAP out your vision, strategy, plan and then execute. Be active online, not for "gisting" or gossip, but to build your PERSONAL BRAND, and get people looking for you.

Do not waste your TIME, on social media. Use social media to build your brand. Make your resume come alive through the use of social media. Sell your skills online, sell yourself through social media...I keep wondering at how many YOUTH today, while away their precious God-given time ONLINE watching useless content, "gisting", GOSSIPING, making silly comments and etc, but fail to put in effort at building their PERSONAL BRAND

The next generation will not forgive you for your MENTAL LAZINESS. In fact, they will "whip" you for not understanding or knowing how to use "common" techs like web, apps, etc. Please wake up now and get CONNECTED.

I will like to help direct you to some sites  where you can PLAY with your skills and make some money for yourself. Why WAIT for jobs, when you can build you profile online and get jobs to come for you.

Why You Need an Online MBA

Photo credit: Under30ceo.com While securing an MBA degree can open the door to high-paying positions in the corporate world, it will also beneficial for an entrepreneur. Yearly, professionals from all works of life in Nigeria research for the right schools for an MBA degree. While some take to full-time MBA programmes, others opt for Part-time or distance-learning MBA degree. In my own view, it is better to opt for an Online or Part-time MBA course than the full-time. The difference between the two is that in the full-time, the student is required to be physically present at campus site, while in the Online or distance-learning category, the student has his training and course delivery done via online media such as the internet. At the end of the day, both options should lead to the same end, namely, an MBA certification. I have personally undertook two post-graduate degrees from Universities abroad and both of them were run on part-time basis. My first post-graduate degree ...
