🎯 Job Overview

Ravenpay Limited is actively seeking a creative, strategic, and meticulously detail-oriented Digital Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of its entire content marketing portfolio.

The successful candidate will be tasked with the end-to-end planning, creation, and distribution of valuable, highly relevant, and consistent content. The primary objective is to strategically attract and retain a clearly defined target audience, ultimately driving profitable customer actions that align with the company's financial and brand growth objectives. This role demands a holistic approach to content that integrates brand narrative with data-driven performance.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

The Digital Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following core areas:

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that is intrinsically aligned with Ravenpay Limited's brand identity, audience segmentation, and overarching marketing goals.
  • Conducting regular content audits and gap analyses to proactively identify opportunities for new, high-impact content and the optimisation of existing assets.
  • Defining quantifiable Content Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and delivering rigorous reporting on performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Content Creation & Management

  • Managing the entire content creation workflow, including initial ideation, professional writing, meticulous editing, design coordination, and final publishing across all platforms.
  • Creating and overseeing the production of a diverse range of marketing collateral, which includes, but is not limited to: high-quality blog posts, engaging newsletters, optimised social media updates, comprehensive website copy, impactful case studies, compelling video scripts, and authoritative white papers.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external writers, designers, and video producers to ensure a unified brand voice and consistent quality in all published material.

SEO & Content Optimisation

  • Optimising all content assets for robust Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and enhanced readability, working closely with specialist SEO teams to dramatically increase search engine visibility.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant keyword trends and algorithmic changes to proactively adjust content plans and ensure maximum relevance and search ranking potential.

Audience & Market Insights

  • Gaining a deep understanding of the target audience's needs, motivations, behaviours, and preferences through diligent market research and advanced data analytics.
  • Remaining current on industry trends, FinTech developments, and competitor content strategies to maintain Ravenpay Limited's content relevance, competitive edge, and differentiation in the market.

Team & Workflow Management

  • Managing detailed content calendars to ensure the timely delivery of all assets and perfect alignment with major marketing campaigns and product launch schedules.
  • Coordinating extensively with the product, sales, and design teams to gather essential insights, subject matter expertise, and content requirements.
  • Supervising and mentoring freelance writers, editors, or junior content creators, as required, to scale the content operation effectively.

🤝 Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the necessary relevant professional and academic qualifications for a senior marketing role.

  • A comprehensive working knowledge of SEO principles, major content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Webflow.
  • Proven experience in managing content for social media channels and email marketing campaigns.
  • 3 to 5 years of verified professional experience in senior content marketing, editorial, or related strategic communication roles.
  • Exceptional professional writing, editing, and strategic storytelling skills with a portfolio to match.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with an emphasis on efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
