💼 Role Overview and Organizational Impact

This is a full-time, on-site role for a dedicated Front Desk Officer. The successful candidate will be stationed at the corporate headquarters of Talent Towers' client, a prominent entity in the Facility Management space, located in the highly desirable business district of Victoria Island, Lagos.

The Front Desk Officer occupies a critical position, serving as the official Ambassador and first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and partners. This role is far more than clerical; it is instrumental in shaping the first impression of the organization and ensuring the smooth, professional, and efficient flow of daily administrative operations. The Officer’s proactive engagement and strong organizational skills are essential to supporting both external relations and internal team productivity.

Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Officer

The individual in this role will undertake a comprehensive set of duties, focusing on professional service delivery and administrative support:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: The Officer will serve as the premier point of contact, warmly greeting and assisting all visitors, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional and professional experience from arrival to departure.
  • Administrative and Documentation Support: Providing essential assistance with various administrative tasks, including the careful management, organization, and distribution of official documentation and correspondence.
  • Internal Team Assistance: Offering timely and reliable assistance to internal teams and management, facilitating efficient scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistical support as required.
  • Communication Management: Managing all incoming and outgoing communications, including skillfully handling phone calls, directing enquiries to the appropriate department, and processing both digital and physical correspondence.
  • Reception Area Management: Maintaining the highest standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism within the reception and front office area, ensuring it always presents a welcoming and tidy corporate image.

The ideal candidate must possess a blend of academic achievement, professional skills, and a polished demeanor suitable for a corporate environment:

  • Educational Requirement: Possession of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Degree from a recognized institution in any relevant field of study.

💰 Compensation Package

The compensation for this critical full-time position is structured as follows:

  • Monthly Salary: N190,000 (One Hundred and Ninety Thousand Naira Only)
