The General Manager will function as the public face and the critical operational foundation of YellowDoor Hotels in Abuja. The responsibilities encompass a comprehensive range of leadership and management functions:

  • Strategic Leadership: Guiding the entire hotel team to consistently deliver exceptional service and successfully uphold the distinctive YellowDoor brand identity and its relaxed, inviting ambiance.
  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing all day-to-day hotel functions, which includes ensuring seamless execution and synergy across the front office, housekeeping department, and facilities management.
  • Financial Precision: Taking responsibility for driving revenue targets, effectively managing operational budgets, implementing cost control measures, and continuously analyzing performance data to guarantee sustained financial health and profitability.
  • Team Development: Executing the recruitment, training, and inspirational leadership of a high-performing team, thereby nurturing a pervasive organizational culture defined by accountability, interpersonal warmth, and continuous professional improvement.
  • Guest Experience: Enforcing stringent quality control protocols to ensure that both the physical hotel environment and the service delivery consistently meet or exceed guest expectations.

💰 Compensation and Application

  • Salary: N900,000 - N1,500,000 Monthly (Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on the candidate's demonstrable experience and proven track record of success in similar roles).
