Job Summary

Sales Advisor to play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries,

📝 Key Responsibilities
The Online Sales Advisor will be responsible for a critical
set of duties designed to maximize online sales conversion and maintain
excellent customer relationships:
- Customer
Engagement Management: Professionally manage and respond to all
customer inquiries across key digital communication channels, including WhatsApp,
the website chat feature, and various social media platforms.
- Operational
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the logistics and
operations teams to establish smooth workflows and ensure the timely
processing and delivery of all customer orders.
- Data
and Reporting: Maintain meticulous and detailed records encompassing
all sales transactions, qualified leads generated, and valuable customer
feedback to inform business strategy.
- Marketing
Support: Actively support online marketing campaigns and provide
valuable assistance in the effective execution of diverse promotional
activities.
- Product
Expertise: Deliver accurate, comprehensive information to customers
regarding product specifications, current pricing, and inventory
availability.
- Sales
Conversion & Follow-up: Focus on converting online inquiries into successful
sales transactions and diligently maintaining strong, proactive
follow-up communication with potential and existing customers to nurture
long-term relationships.
🔑 Qualifications and
Requirements
Prospective candidates should meet the following essential
criteria:
- Education:
Possession of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Communication
& Service: Demonstrably excellent communication and customer
service skills, with an ability to communicate complex information
clearly and persuasively.
- Sales
Acumen: A strong, inherent sales orientation coupled with a
highly target-driven mindset and proven ability to meet and exceed
sales objectives.
- Technical
Proficiency: Proficiency in leveraging and utilizing social media
platforms, CRM tools, and various online sales platforms
for effective outreach and management.
- Experience:
2–3 years of verifiable experience in online or digital sales.
(Candidates with specific experience in construction, heavy machinery,
or equipment sales will have a distinct advantage).
💰 Compensation
- Salary
Range: N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
