Program Description
The Qore Tech Graduate Trainee Program is an
intensive and accelerated learning academy designed for recent graduates
from a Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics (S.T.E.M)
discipline. This initiative offers participants a unique pathway into the
highly dynamic FinTech sector.
The program is structured to immerse trainees in a high-tech
environment. Participants will be provided with the opportunity to work with
cutting-edge technologies and make tangible contributions to the
architecture and design of Appzone Limited's sophisticated systems. This is a
learning-by-doing experience, as participants will have the chance to learn
while working directly with experienced engineering managers on real-world
projects.

Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate for the Qore Tech Graduate Trainee
Program should meet the following essential criteria:
- A
minimum of five (5) O’ Level (WASSCE) credits obtained in one
sitting. The required subjects are particularly in Mathematics,
English Language, Physics, and Chemistry, in addition to one of Further
Mathematics, Technical Drawing, or Biology.
- Possession
of a BSc / BEng / BTech degree with First Class Honors in
disciplines such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems
Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related field.
- Knowledge
of current trends in the FinTech industry and its related products
will be considered a significant advantage.
- The
applicant must demonstrate meticulousness and attention to detail,
coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and
interpersonal skills.
- The
ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a
high-performing team is mandatory.
- The

- Experience
is not strictly required; however, minimal hands-on experience on
software development, product management, and/or product quality assurance
