The corporation is actively recruiting to fill the pivotal position of Receptionist at its Abuja office.

Role Overview (The Receptionist's Mission)

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and partners engaging with PowerChina's office. This crucial role is essential for maintaining a professional, welcoming, and organized front office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of communication both internally and externally. This position requires an individual who is proactive, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, and is a skilled organizer capable of supporting the corporate image of a world-class infrastructure group.


Essential Qualifications and Candidate Profile

Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Administration or a closely related field is required.
  • Professional Experience: Candidates should possess 2 to 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar front-office or administrative support role.
  • Age Profile: The ideal candidate will be between 25 and 32 years old.
  • Interpersonal Aptitude: Strong customer service abilities are non-negotiable, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Organizational Mastery: Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and maintain administrative efficiency.
  • Language Preference (Added Advantage): The ability to speak Mandarin is preferred due to the corporation's international context.
  • Communication Excellence: Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills is essential for handling high volumes of calls and inquiries.
