Signal Alliance runs an IT Service Management practice. This
is inclusive of consulting around ITIL methodologies and delivery of
technologies that deliver ITIL best practices to customers. We also have OEM
relationships with best practice ITSM technology companies like CA
Technologies, Microsoft, Pink Elephant.
We are looking for experienced IT Service Management
consultant with hands-on experience in consulting, delivery and support of ITSM
solutions.
Candidate will lead a team that designs, supports and
maintans existing Signal Alliance clients in Nigeria and support in the
expansion of our practice and affiliations.

Skills & Experience

5-7 years experience in ITSM practice

ITIL Certification with consulting
experience

Knowledge of ITIL process design and
implementation
·
Service Management tools: Service Desk,
CMDB
·
Network and System management
·
Experoence with OEM tools from CA
tevchnoogies, Microsft, HP .
