My Client, in the RF Optimization space is looking for a Technical Consultant (MEA) who will be responsible for educating prospective & current clients about all aspects of our RF network optimization solutions.
Experience in the telecom or software sector (sales or engineering) is required.
You will be a key player at a firm that intends to be a global leader in wireless network optimization within three years. You will be a strategic member of our sales and support team who will act as the liaison between our customers and the product management/engineering departments.
You will be the face of my client; the tech expert that our clients actually meet.
You will help present and sell our technical products to telecom firms & equipment vendors, using language that appeals to both engineers and CFOs.
You will provide market feedback to our marketing and development teams, thus influencing our product roadmap.
Liaise with customers/distributors to ensure that expectations are met & exceeded.
Act as tech support contact during all phases of the sales process.
Support the sales of our product portfolio.
Support the sales department in the development of new opportunities.
Support development of user manuals, brochures, etc.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and at least five years of experience in technical sales in a similar area.
Existing customer relationships with operators and/or system manufacturers would be a big plus.
Good knowledge of GSM/GPRS, CDMA and UMTS wireless networks.
Willingness to travel frquently, both domestically and internationally.

Fluency in one or more of the languages spoken in your region..
