A multinational telecommunication organization is urgently seeking a Senior Consulting Expert to join their existing team.

Job Description:

Lead a cross-functional team by analyzing and understanding telecom operators’ challenges and business strategies.
Provide consulting service to clients, assist the telecom operators in Service Portfolio Planning based on Huawei’s technology suite.
Set up strategic dialogue with clients’ CXOs; create Trusted Advisor image in nominated target accounts in the responsible fields (BSS/OSS, VAS, SDP, RCS, IPTV, Managed Services, etc); represent Huawei business solutions to appropriate industry forums.
Nurture and manage customer requirements; drive the improvement of product and solution competitiveness.
Develop business consulting tools and capabilities, help to cultivate and improve the competence of the team.

Qualifications:

At least 15 years’ experience in areas of strategic planning, market strategy development or business/solution consulting, etc.
Operator, vendor or telecommunications consultancy background is essential.
Sound understanding of the telecom field value chain, highly creative, with deep insight into future business/technology trends.
Strong interpersonal influence, cross-functional team coordination and project management skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
The position will be based in Shenzhen and requires frequent travel around the globe.
