Role Description: The Graduate Trainee Program

The Graduate Trainee position offers an intensive, structured pathway for highly motivated Nigerian graduates to launch a professional career within the organization, specifically focusing on Learning and Capability Development (LCD).

The program is designed to provide selected candidates with comprehensive exposure to the core functions of the business, coupled with specialized training in the best practices of Human Resources, Talent Management, and Organisational Development. The trainee will be immersed in a dynamic, high-performance work environment where they will:

  • Contribute to the execution of strategic Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives.
  • Support the development and deployment of training modules aimed at enhancing employee competencies.
  • Participate in projects related to talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Receive mentorship from seasoned industry leaders and functional specialists.
  • Develop critical analytical, communication, and technological skills essential for success in a multinational FMCG environment.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

The organization seeks candidates who demonstrate a strong foundation in academic excellence, coupled with a fervent passion for professional growth in the field of Learning and Capability Development.

Applicants for the Graduate Trainee position must meet the following non-negotiable criteria:

  • Academic Attainment: The applicant must be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field from a reputable university, having graduated with a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2.1) division.
  • National Service: The applicant must have successfully completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • Competency Requirements: The ideal candidate must possess proven good analytical and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and analyze complex data effectively.
  • Technical Acumen: The applicant must be tech-savvy and proficient in utilizing modern digital tools and software relevant to business operations and learning.
  • Career Aspiration: The candidate must be a Nigerian graduate who exhibits a deep passion for building a career in Learning and Capability Development (LCD).
  • Age Restriction: The applicant's age must not exceed 27 years as of July 1, 2026.
