Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Role Description: The Graduate Trainee Program
The Graduate Trainee position offers an intensive,
structured pathway for highly motivated Nigerian graduates to launch a
professional career within the organization, specifically focusing on Learning
and Capability Development (LCD).
The program is designed to provide selected candidates with comprehensive
exposure to the core functions of the business, coupled with specialized
training in the best practices of Human Resources, Talent Management, and
Organisational Development. The trainee will be immersed in a dynamic,
