🎯 About the Role

The Recruitment Sales Trainee will undertake a structured learning path covering the full lifecycle of recruitment business development. This foundational experience includes essential business activities such as lead sourcing, strategic client engagement, effectively pitching recruitment solutions, professional relationship management, and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes. The trainee will benefit from close collaboration with experienced consultants and receive structured in-house training designed to facilitate rapid growth into a high-performing recruitment sales professional.


Key Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA/HND) is mandatory.
  • The candidate must have completed the mandatory NYSC program.
  • Requires 0–1 year of experience in sales or any customer-facing role, demonstrating foundational communication abilities.
  • The applicant must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for client-facing and internal team interactions.
  • A demonstrable willingness to learn and an ability to thrive in a metric-focused, performance-driven workplace are essential.
  • The successful candidate must reside within proximity to Lekki Phase 1
