The Sales Executive operates as the crucial direct link between the company's premium products and its valued customers. The primary objective of the position is to meet and consistently exceed assigned vehicle sales targets while rigorously upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction and professional conduct.


Key Responsibilities: Cultivation, Conversion, and Compliance

The Sales Executive is entrusted with the comprehensive management of the entire sales cycle, spanning from the initial customer inquiry through to the final vehicle delivery.

  • Relationship Management: The executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, enduring relationships with existing customers through systematic follow-ups and strategic visits. This proactive approach aims to encourage repeat business and generate valuable referral prospects.
  • Inquiry Handling: Prompt and professional responses to all incoming sales inquiries are required, ensuring the provision of accurate product and pricing information to prospective customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement: A core duty is the consistent achievement of assigned sales targets, contributing substantially to the overall performance and success of the sales department.
  • Customer Experience: The executive is expected to conduct engaging test drives for potential customers, ensuring a positive and informative experience that effectively highlights the product’s key strengths and compelling value proposition.
  • Delivery Management: Managing the detailed vehicle delivery process is essential, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are accurately completed and that deliveries are made punctually as promised.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining a consistently high level of customer satisfaction is paramount. This includes promptly addressing any customer complaints and ensuring that all customer feedback is thoroughly documented and followed up.
  • Reporting & Data Integrity: The executive must diligently keep the customer database up to date and submit daily and periodic sales reports detailing leads, inquiries, conversion ratios, and projected sales figures.
  • Market Insight Contribution: Providing timely and actionable feedback to the management team regarding competitor activities, prevailing market trends, and valuable customer insights is a key responsibility.
  • Collaboration: Active participation in sales promotions and marketing campaigns, in close collaboration with the marketing team, is required.
  • Quotation Processing: The preparation and submission of professional sales quotations and proposals to customers and relevant financial institutions for approval is necessary.

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
  • Experience: The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales capacity. Direct experience within the automobile industry is considered a distinct and valuable advantage.
  • Location: The prospective executive must currently reside on the Island (Victoria Island, Lagos, or the immediate environs) due to the nature of the role's location.
  • Core Skills:
    • Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
    • Strong reporting, organizational, and follow-up skills.
    • Superior interpersonal and communication skills for effective internal and external interactions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is necessary for reporting and administrative duties.

Compensation

The salary offered for this full-time position is N110,000 - N120,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
